The number of buttons on this is amazing, no doubt a direct correlation between the available buttons on a normal control pad joystick - now accessible via the mouse. Here is a list of games supported The Sega Mouse was supported by these ganes (perhaps not an exhaustive list):

Well... a mouse for the Genesis, does exactly what it says on the tin. But it's a good, sturdy, well-made piece of kit. I only know of 'Cannon Fodder' that this works for but hey. The fact that they made a mouse for this system does it for me.

This is a fully functional mouse that is compatible with the Genesis system ONLY. As there are only two games that use the mouse, this accessory is virtually useless in the direct sense of the word.
